If one is unable to sufficiently care for their appliances, then they might as well throw them away since without proper care, they will rust, will not be able to perform to the best of their abilities and will stop working anyway.
Air Humidifiers
An air humidifier is just as important as an air purifier and needs to be just as well maintained. One of the most important things that one can do is to change up the water inside a humidifier every day to make sure that the water it utilizes on a daily basis is clean and fresh. If stagnant water stays inside the humidifier for too long, there are chances that fungi and bacteria will rapidly appear in the space since stale water is practically a breeding ground for such microorganisms.
Also, one needs to make sure that they use distilled water or de-mineralized water for their humidifier to discourage the growth of the said organisms. Additionally, lesser minerals will release lesser mineralized content into the air inside the house, making it more breathable and pure.
Lastly, one must remember to thoroughly clean their air humidifier after every few days so that it performs to the best of its abilities.
